From Bill Cruice: My VVA Chapter 955, decided to construct their own "WALL" in their town after the "traveling Wall" made a visit to his town, Wildwood , New Jersey. Their group sold panels for $2,000 and dedication plaques for five and a thousand dollars. The dedication was held on May29, 2010. BIll parched a dedication plaque for our comrades who made the supreme sacrifice on 10 April 1970. This is what it says:
UDORN MEMORIAL
Dedicated to my nine comrades who died while
Serving their Country on April 10, 1970 at
Udorn RTAFB, Thailand
They were the voice of information .....and Entertainment
For our forces serving in Southeast Asia
Now forever enshrined on Panel 12 West, Line 120
